| We usually despatch all orders within 1 working day (working days are Monday to Friday) of receiving payment. For all UK deliveries we use Royal Mail as we have found them to be very reliable and they deliver to all post codes in the UK. We use Royal Mail first class and Royal Mail second class for our deliveries. The cost of delivery depends on the value of the order; the table below contains a full breakdown (all prices include the total cost of Postage & packaging). |

All faulty items will be replaced with new if a fault occurs in the first 12 months of purchase and the fault is not a result of misuse. Customers will need to contact our customer services team to arrange the replacement. We do require the item back before we can send out the replacement.
If you receive your item damaged please contact our customer services team to arrange a replacement.
If you have changed your mind and you want to return the item back to us you can do so at any time within 14 days of purchase. We will issue a full refund for the items excluding any postage costs.
